I am an avid cyclist, I used to ride an old 80's road bike with panier rack and paniers. Chainsaw boot in either one, a 1.2litre flask and my lunch and clothes.

Soon gets easier, I had some steep hills, then I moved so I had to crawl up to the highest point in Somerset on route to work. As my step dad once said "no better drug than fitness", he was an avid toker!

A set of padded shorts underneath could be beneficial if you find your getting a sore arse. Mind you if you don't cycle at all it will take a little while before your arse hardens up and things get easier. O and go for padded shorts over a padded seat, the shorts move with you where as the seat doesn't.

Bloody E Bike, What's the matter with you ya wet blanket!
