A mate of mine bought one last year - cost around £8500 + VAT. The only thing is the petrol Timberwolfs now come with a 20hp Honda instead of the 25hp Kohler - and they're now only 5" capacity instead of 6".........and they've even lost the bonnet!!

Still good value for a brand new chipper. We bought a little Vermeer 620 chipper brand new in the late 80's, they were the first in the country and that was £7000 back then. Btrac must have made a fortune back then.

Try the GreenMech petrol 15/23. 25 hoss Kohler, bonnet, 6x9 inch opening, greasable bearings, fantastic blade life etc for the same kind of money.

Yes, they are good value - but they were even better value when they were Entec.
