Seeking long term Australian employer (No drivers license for now)

As the title says. I am getting my final one year Australian working holiday visa soon and I am looking for an employer in Perth/Melbourne/Brisbane  (will consider other areas) who does not mind that I don't have a car license right now but will start the process as soon as I land in Aus. I am looking for a solid company that will be happy to shift over to skilled visa if we get along. I have been an arborist on and off for nearly 10 years, if counted as full time work it is probably around 5 years experience in the UK, Canada, and Germany. I have the four vital UK certificates and a 90 credit diploma. I am trying to plan ahead as I'll want to line up the job before accommodation considering the need to use public transport or cycle to the yard to start with. I can start any time after getting the visa granted (probably April) and then I have to enter within a year. Happy to answer any questions by DM and chat to anyone who might be able to help.

Outside of work I am a rapper and music video director who loves to cycle, swim, box and hike. I am in SE Asia at the moment waiting to piece things together, training AI for a living, looking forward to getting back to physical work and eating steak, butter and cheese.
