Is it definitely a 116? I'm not sure the difference between that and a 116si which I think is maybe the same as a PS6000. I also have the idea a 120si is the same as a PS6800, same saw but bigger cylinder.

 

I have a PS6000, maybe can dig out the parts diagram for that and have a look.

All 5 are the same. Same on 116, 116i,120i and 6000i /6800i even 9010 fit. Its possible that the mounting came loose at some time and enlarged the thread in the tank and somebody fitted a mount from something none Dolmar. If so, maybe helicoil and fit new original mounts. Mounts still available from L& S Engineering. Plenty of s/h tanks around, both metal and plastic.
