Husqvarna 246 XPG electrical assembly question.

Hello!

So I am repairing a Husqvarna 246 XPG. It has heated handles, but the wires were cut. Can somebody help me out with a wiring diagram? I couldnt find any. I repaired the wiring on the handles, they were cut off.

Thank you in advance!

These are fairly simple, so the wire from the generator goes to the white plastic housing on the crankcase, here it connects with a self tapping screw to one of the wires from the top handle, the other wire from the top handle then goes to one side of the rear handle heating element, the elements join together via the fixing screws, there is then a short wire from the other rear handle element to the switch, the switch is earned to the crankcase wit a self tapping screw.

Thank you very much 😀

I have another question with the heating... How much time does it take to heat up the handles? Also, as I checked the voltage is 7V on idle, is it good, or how much should it be? I will check for problems if it is not good.

Thank you in advance!!
