public liability and plant insurance

Good evening all,

 

was wondering who you guys use for your business insurance? I am looking for public liability and plant insurance.

 

I have had a couple of quotes but they both say different things on the phone and im not sure who to go with, it all seems little murky lol

Who did you get quotes from? We've had a time of it trying to change insurers this year. We've been with Hiscox/tower for 3 years. NFU told us unless we have an existing plan with them, they're not taking on new tree companies due to the risk. Arborisk didn't pick up their phones despite a number of emails. Tried a few brokers with no luck, ended up thinking better the devil you know, and stayed with current. We've never made a claim.

I use these guys. Just renewed with them for second year. Good on price, absolutely top level customer service too. I can speak to a number of different folks there, they will all bend over backwards to help out. Highly recommended!

I spoke to Mark at tree surgeon insurance. PL,EL and plant. They seem good/ the price was all good. I havnt claimed so can't comment on that...
