Vigas boiler problem

Hi

i have a Vigas boiler been faultless for 10 years but now the fan is running slow

it says 85 percent on screen but not sounding like that and fire takes much longer to get up to temp

same fuel as usual

I have cleaned out boiler tubes

any ideas

or

anyone know of any dealers ? Our installer has packed in

the screen is not good so can’t see what faults it can report which up til now didn’t really matter

Model number would be good, presumably it's solid fuel if you've cleaned the tubes.
