Bristol are arb waste in return for waste logs ??

I’m not sure this is allowed or if there is a certain area I can post this but I’m wanting to offer a place to tip clean arb waste in return for waste logs that may not Be of any use to tree surgeons or if they don’t have a place to process etc ? We are in the Bristol area a38 near airport
