Filing Husky X-CUT S35G chain - Combi gauge mystery

Dear Wise Ones,

I have just upgraded from H25 to some shiny new S35G chain, but curiously finding it impossible to source the combination gauge specified in Husky documentation for the S35G :(

Husky describe the use of the following gauges:

1) Part number 587 80 91-01 - as specified in 550XPG operators manual (2022) and

2) Part number 587 80 91-02 - as specified in 550XPG operators manual (2023)

Neither appear to be available for sale in the UK :(

Am I likely to get away with using the old combi gauge (505 69 81-09) that I use for H25 chain... ? :)

AFAIK the differences between S35G and H25 chain in terms of angles are as follows

Down angle: H25 = 10 degrees, S35G = 0 degrees

- I figure that I can probably hold the file level :)

Side plate angle: H25 = 80 degrees, S35G = 60 degrees

- This may be more of a challenge...

I doubt that I am the first to face this conundrum.

Looking forward to a deluge of wisdom...
