that is what the seller is advising maybe a stupid question but when I googled Magnolias they were all bloomed 

 

Will these ones blooms do you think ? I also have one more tree whilst I have you if poss 🙂 it’s on the neighbouring property and only 2m away not sure if I should be worried 

 

I assumed this was also Ash 

 

i am afraid I don’t have any closer shots so you may not be able to help

If it’s magnolia then yes it will bloom.it probably is magnolia but better pictures required. Literally all you did was zoom in on the original photos, which most of us here are quite capable of doing 😂

 

neighbours tree appears to be ash. Please don’t send a zoomed in photo, it won’t help

Yes I know sorry 😂  i did open it on the laptop and then zoomed in as it was a bit clearer 

 

it’s a bit of a difficult situation as it’s a house purchase so I don’t have access to the trees atm to take photos 

 

I am hoping to visit again Sunday so Shoudl be Able to get some better photos
