I've seen Oregon bar mount diagrams, or Sugi and GB have them. I'm assuming it has a slot for studs, pin for tensioner and oil hole on the side like chainsaw bars? Be a case of measure the slot width first - 8/9/14mm etc 

None seem to go anywhere near large enough on the slots and have an open back.

 

Open ended slot is 16mm.

But I did find some numbers on it:-

U(MIGHT BE A W)711-56DUUN
