Great Fruiting Year Here

We have been lucky here in Lincolnshire with just enough rain to keep things going.  One and a half inches about ten days ago but very local.  Some places none others two and a half inches. 
But the green growth in the trees and hedges has been spectacular, all the crops have done well and give me a dry harvest with less yields and no drying costs any day.  Less bunged machines as well. 
Our little orchard has been very good too with Discovery and Early Windsor apples also Greensleeves

, Comice and Conference pears, greengages, plums, damsons, apricots, walnuts, figs, gooseberries,raspberries.

I shall be singing loudly at harvest festival!
