Hi

Does anyone know what friction cord this is & what eye splice instructions i would need to follow.

The next project is going to be an adjustable cambium saver & two eyed friction cord for my vt...hopfully:laugh1:

They are both doublebraids the boa is quite a stiff lay and quite tough to run home the splice. (i've not spliced it for ages though).

 

follow a class1 doublebraid instruction and you won't go wrong

Yeah, I do like it. I used it for a little while when I bought a few meters when it was half price at the open, at merrist wood last year. Proper good durability, grips reliably, heats up quite a bit though. But I think its definetly worth a go, I only stopped using it because of its cost, and that,I,personally think that there are plenty of other cords on the market that work just as well.

 

Give it a go though mate!:thumbup:
