About me:

I'm 26 years old. Passionate about outdoor pursuits (Surfing, climbing and running). Have an ever growing interest/passion for all things relevant to tree's. I'm honest, on time and keen to get my hands dirty. I'm used to working in small to large teams. Greatly, understand the importance of being a team player and pulling your own weight.

Being transparent, having only recently obtained my tickets (within 12 Months). My tree climbing and aerial cutting requires further practise. (Still learning the craft / improving the quality of my work). However, keen to get exposure and guidance. Learning from those who are willing to teach where safe and applicable on the job (Appreciate the priority of the job and where this wont be applicable).

Equally happy to work on the ground and learn the basics when climbing is not an option. Learning how to use new machinery and do various different job roles that help get the job done smoothly and efficiently.

I have my own PPE which is in date/hold correct documentation for said PPE. This includes, climbing gear, top handle chainsaw & all relevant PPE to carry out safe practises. (In date with LOLER requirements).

My ambition is to become a main climber. As a result, greatly value experience, training and exposure over a higher day rate.

I am suited to a small company/ team that values quality of work over quantity.

If you have any further questions, please ask away. Or have any relevant points of contact, would be greatly appreciated.

Happy to provide a CV if required and references.

Thank you again, for taking the time to read this.

Hi Mags,

Such a positive post. May I wish you all the best in your search for work, with your honesty and willingness to learn you'll go a long way in the Arbworld. I am based in Kent and always have plenty of work months in advance. If you're around the East Sussex area for a while message me and may be able to give you some work and experience at same time.

Good luck.
