No they cant , they dont seem to be educated to think that way some confusion still exists

 

I have had our chamber of commerce deal with some recently, 2 cases in fact.

I have seen that a LA is in serious trouble and is being hauled up in court over problems with a tender they put together!

 

You would assume that they would have a decent legal team to look over these things

 

Although one of my mates looked over a LA tender we had hold of and ripped it to bits.

 

Nice to see as per usual, tree work comes last on the list of spending, no matter who you are.
