Hamadryads fungus diary

the one ive just posted is from kent, yours is the whip one, and i am 100% its the same fungi, and purely the differences are due to situation.

 

as soon as I saw it at bens i knew, was no doubt in my mind, but then i have been watching this one like a hawk for many years now, it was driving me nuts!

I can't recall, do you have any shots of the one from the whip in a more dynamic formation?

So have you managed a 100% ID then? Are you sure what it is? The one at Bens I mean.

Im 99% happy, put it that way, just been too lazy to send off a sample yet!

 

but thats more down to a scope being in the near future and wanting to do THAT work for myself, the hard way, and only true way to learn and understand:001_cool:
