Leaflets and Business Card advertising

Just for those who struggle with the design/IT side of business, since i started my business i have designed and illustrated all of my own advertising from business cards through to leaflets/posters etc to which all have been very successful.

I have recently designed some cards and leaflets for other businesses in the area and have a few more to do.

In True Arbtalk spirit if anyone doesnt want to pay stupid money for a designer to make them some cards, posters, leaflet or a business design then PM with your ideas and i will see what i can come up with for you.

Cheers

David

Its been handy to be able to tinker on my own design the past couple of years.

My rule of thumb is have a website first. With the website presented first on the business card, with larger, more conspicuous print. Because if people want a phone number, they will look until they find it. Although, my current cards don't have the phone on them because virtually everybody out here uses internet. The last version was white foil on marbled green. The current version is gold foil on marbled green. The white was a bit easier to read, but I like the gold quite a bit.

The cardstock virtually replaces design though. Since these are text and a clipart.
