As said i already have my own business thanks

I have a business too and I wouldn’t touch buying another arb business or gardening business (yes they are similar despite what anyone may think) too much if it is person to person sales. Once the person is gone where does the business go ? You may get lucky you may not. Too much of a gamble. The op is tired of hard work after 6 years and expecting a nice big payback for some machines and some old customers who may or may not return

Thanks to all and sundry for feedback and thoughts, it’s really helpful to add into the melting pot.

I think selling the business is not viable, finding someone to manage and run it might be.

Can people share ideas on where to hunt for the right candidate - I’ve tried advertising jobs on arbtalk before with zero success. Arbjobs is a given, but any other places where I might get a bite?
