I can help you out with stuff like that mate, I am assuming you're the same Deni that did a day for me last year, just saw your other thread. I will bear you in mind if I need an extra pair of hands mate, things a bit quiet just now though.:001_smile: If you want to meet up while we're working in town sometime let me know, I'll be able to help with knots and hitches and stuff.

 

Hey Tom, yeah its me!, i took your advice and got on Arbtalk finally. I was going to give you a call sometime this week about any work you had, i think everyone is in the same boat with things being quiet the now, im happy to come out and help you guys whenever as any experience possible is good!, cheers for the offer of help with knots, hitches etc i will be sure to keep it in mind, i just finished cutting my prussiks to length, done it with tape, knife and a lighter and seems to have worked fine, thanks.

yeah thats me. HaHa, proper shifty you say?, will have to watch out for that...joke:001_smile:........actually i was up at the yard at woodmuire today, no one was around so i dropped a cv through the door.

Ahh, we were out in Broxburn, give him a call. Always back up a CV with a call and offer to do any work.

 

 

back to prussics, i tape em, cut em then use the torch to heat a bit of metal and seal the ends that way.
