Loving the photo's Hama.....thought possibly you could put some info about any effect on host species etc to enlighten some of us a little.....as isaid, just a thought.:001_smile:

 

To be honest there are so many people in here ready to "have thier pennies worth" and until ive completed my "scientific training" bought myself a pair of scopes I am not that keen on putting my own theories out there, especialy in light of some posts! and i dont want this thread to get too "battle of wills" its supposed to be an enjoyable thread!

 

G. australe is the new name for G. adspersum, and applanatum the new name for what was called lipsiense.

 

Ganoderma australe is an aggresive one.
