Stein vega plus harness

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm pretty new to climbing and just about to buy my first climbing kit. I've used the stein vega before and found it pretty comfy, but I just noticed the stein vega plus as well? Just wondering wether anyone used it and is it worth the extra money?

I'm in a Vega plus, as far as I understand the difference is wider back support and wider/stiffer leg supports. I tried both briefly and picked the plus as I found it more comfortable, but I'm 6'7" and over 16 stone so that may be less applicable if you're smaller.

I am happy with the choice, the Vega plus is still good value compared to other harnesses.
