Insurance renewal

We've just had our renewal quote through. It's up about £400 on last year to around £2600.

Just wondering

A) is this is roughly in line with other people for the increase as well as the overall amount.

And 

B) who other people use for insurance

I get all my insurance through the NFU have done for the past 10yrs

I have done. We struggled to get anyone to quote us last year as we are a sawmill with no tree surgery/forestry.  I thought I'd ask here in the hope that another Sawmill might answer.  I've been given a suggestion to follow up from the insurance forum.

Just spoke to Simon from tree surgeon insurance about something else, and asked if you’d been in touch. He wasn’t sure if you had but did say they can definetly offer the cover you want

I haven't been in touch yet, I was waiting to see if any other companies were suggested. Thank you for asking though.
