Mini excavator Isuzu 3LD1 engine

Has anyone seen any issues arising from too much oil in the engine, I’ve drained some off but could this have caused any issues associated with injectors, vicoscity of oil looks ok don’t think diesel leaking into it.

Having same issue of not starting with shut off solenoid removed the rack is fully to the right. I’ve figured the rack is stuck in the shut off position. Just run it two days prior.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you get hold of the rack with needle nosed pliers and pull it gently?
