There are a few up there just not a lot, lad I know does work on them for Historic Scotland.

I'm surprised at that htb, must be some trees about then ?.  Maybe I'm thinking of shetland?

He does the ones round St Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall. There is also a glen of sycamore near Finstown on the road to Stromness and that's about it. They are all well wind and salt pruned.
