Quotes and Invoice templates

Looking for some simple and free templates to use for quotes and invoices. I don't actually send many quotes and invoices by email so don't want to use sites like Freashbooks etc.  A simple template I can easily edit per job is all I am after, searched this site but I cannot find anything so all help is appreciated.

I've tried using word on my phone but it doesn't let me write any text into documents on word, office or excel!!

Before I had to move to Xero for accounting and vat etc, I used Joist for doing quotes and invoices. Worked well for me.

if you're solely working from your phone then you're probably really better off finding an accounting app than you can work with.

I use an app called invoice simple. Let’s you do estimates, then once your done it converts it to an invoice for you. Tots up you income throughout the year and easy to use and edit. I think it’s £22 a year for the mobile version- well worth it

 

sorry missed the bit where you said you wanted it free. But even so £22 isn’t much for a year and it saves sooo much time and faffing.

you can set all your customers up in its database and just ping of invoices. Takes about a minute to send of an invoice from writing it out to the customer receiving it.

Tried Invoice Simple last night. It is really simple but looks professional and is easy to edit per quote/Invoice. Thanks. 

 

Also notifies when when client has read it so you know they have seen it!!
