Hi all , I have a problem with the internal plastic track sliders, does anyone know how to replace them without taking the whole tracking system off , somehow the securing plate holding them in place came off and the plastic inserts pulled out as the tracks were extended to their full width . Thanks

Hi Joe.  not an easy job anyways you do it. This is also a good time to give it all a good clean out as well though. Disconnect pipes at the tower valves, Jack machine up and put 4 axle stands under the machine's body, undo 10mm bolts so that the base hangs down . Disconnect cylinders and then the rams are exposed to slide out. If you would like to speak to our Timberwolf technicians give me a call . 01483 235111 Gareth of Green Plant.

gareth , thanks very much for the advice , fairly big job for a few bits of plastic , I'll get some help from the local agri mechanic , usually kept them greased up but maybe haven't moved them in and out frequently enough causing them to seize ? I'll give you a ring if we struggle cheers joe
