I am in a different trade ie firewood but much as above. Facebook just brings in complete timewasters. Last customer, I got from there we are now legally pursuing for payment!  The website just brings in the kind of customer we want. We get lots of hits but few replies but the ones we get say when can you deliver not "what's your best price mate"  Personally I don't even like fancy sites with lots of moving graphics guff. Just keep it plain and to the point with a few nice pics.

Here here - ah wait a minute, what about that video on your website ! lol   No actually the video is great.

Clean looking Website, clean vehicle - tastefully professionally signwritten, word of mouth.

Utter rubbish.. My £60 got my post seen by thousands (5 or 6 think)...

Face book updated me today on my £60 Facebook boosted post. It was seen by 14,000 people, I had 45 messaging conversations started... but no leads that I am aware of... I won't be doing it again...

We're a firewood business and get most sales word of mouth and from a local magazine but the website which is very basic brings a few in as well.

We get a fair few orders through Facebook which I try and post on but I've never paid for it and from the end of last year Facebook changed something and we're down to a third of our previous views.
