Im not really sure where to put this,

but are there any folks on here who are FSC certified selling timber products?
I just want to talk to someone about the certification process and costs involved. The amounts I have been quoted are rather high and wanted to see if I was missing something!

not FSC but i looked in to a FISA registeration a few monthes back and it just seemed like i was paying them to let me go to work, i think registeration fee was around £250 + VAT and they took about 25p per tonne of me for every tonne i sold wheather it be log form or chip,
