Having used an ms200 back handle and a 181 I agree.

 

Back in the day I had a old Ford 4000 and a friend had a brand new Belarus. There was no way I'd drive the belarus as the ergonomics were bad compared with the Ford, similarly I couldn't bear to use a 181 if the 200 were available.
