I think it might be about to turn to cold december, from the middle of this week until xmas we arent going to get above freezing up here according to the long term forecast, recon we will be getting a dose of snow tomorrow on the higher ground as well.

 

I think people will start shifting some logs next weekend!

2nd this Charlie :001_smile:, Substantial blocking of zonal Atlantic influence now in place to the NW of UK over Greenland, Iceland & GIN corridor area leaving us with a mixture of cool & eventually (starting thurs 17th) much colder airstream with possibly significant precipitation increasingly of snow along with harsh sub-zero temps overnight with possible daytime minima not exceeding zero centigrade throughout much of the British Isles. Models struggling with outcome after 7 day period but no milder conditions expected short term. Seasonal wevva at last :biggrin:
