Looking at getting a timber trailer for ours but have a few thoughts.

How are folk powering the hydraulics for cranes , we have a rear pto but can’t see any hydraulic outlets that would suit a trailer , our AGT has front pto so thinking an auxiliary tank running off a t could be a solution before getting a power pack.

Also would wheeled drive for the trailer be a good option ?

Looking at the riko 330trailers.

That’s good to know Tommy , I’m not sure if because it has front linkage additional spoils can be added ? Is any one running rikos forestry spec AGT?
Another question though for anyone with an answer is do you need a reverse box to use the front PTOs on the AGT ?

A timber trailer needs pressure and return. If you have one pressure connection then just add your own unpressurised return. Back to the transmission or hydraulic tank, depending on where your tractor takes the oil from. If it doesn't have hydraulics, a pto pump (rear pto) is most likely the easiest solution.
