LOLER testing in Cumbria

Hi does any one know were I can get my climbing kit tested in Cumbria?

A lad called Joe Howard was doing it i think. Pretty sure he posted about his services on here fairly recently.

cumbria is a big county ? which end as there is a guy in preston .
