What is a fair price for oak standing. It's a small parcel and varies in size and quality (24 trees about 65m3).

hi all depends on what it is ie red turkey english, with it being a small plot its not had fencing fixed to it has it ? is it fit for beams , framing have a ring round and see what people will pay you for it then work your costs out + 35% - that figure from sale cost and the figure thats left start by offering about 50% of that you can always go up with your offer but you cant go down,
