Waterproof trousers

Just thought I would post about these waterproof trousers I have been using the past couple of days.

I have been after a good pair of waterproofs that I can wear over my chainsaw trousers for a while now and the ones I have got from work have been, well not up to much, you either sweat and end up wet or they rip easy. The other thing I was looking for was zips up the side so I can get them over my boots without taking them off.

 

These trousers fit the bill so far, and after a couple of days of work and rain they have done well, for the money they are cheap enough to get a couple of pair.

 

The trousers are polyester outer and lined, they have an articulated knee so you can move quite well, they have 3/4 zips up the side so getting them over your boots is easy enough, also you can leave these open to ventilate but I never do that as they do look like flares when unzipped.

 

well so far they have been well worth the money and I'm thinking of getting another pair, the only thing I have found with them is zipping the legs back up, the matrial can get caught, this has only happened a couple of times and to be honest I find this with most of my coats so its more than likely me.

ive had a pair of these for a while, although they are not as breatheable as a pair of berghaus etc, they keep you dry and you can run a saw through them or tear them on thorns and branches all day long and you won't cry cos you've just lost £120's worth of trouser:001_cool:,
