Working through the holiday's

Has anyone else been told that they can't work on Fc contracts throughout the holiday period

Not heard that, but out of FC contracts. Whats their reasoning and was it mentioned at contracts stage. What do they define as holiday period

Holiday period 23rd to 8th January when they are off the reason is there will be no supporting cover I've explained that I don't need there support in any emergency its not in the contract or mentioned at the contract stages

Aye, I've never had any bother working through the holidays before.  Is this WA?  I've heard they can be a bit funny out there.

No this for lowlands I do believe other contractors I.e the mounding operators will be onsite during the holiday can't see them takeing time off
