Hedge planting advice and pricing help please

Ive been asked to quote to reinstate a 50m hedge we removed for building works a year or so ago.The client seems happy with our suggestion of Photinia (Red Robin)

The soil is mainly clay with a thin layer of topsoil over the top. The first 10 meters or so will be an easy dig, the next 40m I think has a compacted type one road under the topsoil. I intend to dig this out where necessary, fill with compost and plant.

I've made a list with prices for various sizes and spacings, from the smallest at 60 -80cm, to the biggest at 100 - 125cm, with spacing of 1m, 50cm and 33cm to give a sparse hedge which will take a couple of years to fill in, a medium, and a dense hedge.

I have acounted for disposal of soil, supplying compost etc, but not sure on how to price the labour on this?

Do you guys price by the hole?

There will be two of us on site, and we don't hang about, but don't want to over or under price this one.

Any other advice or pointers to what I may have missed would be greatly appreciated!
