In the first picture you posted Anna, do you have a load line through the biner on the strap closest to you?

 

Also, did the limb 'hop' up when you made the cut? I have bitten my tongue before when that happens. Usually when cutting the end off of a horizontal limb.

good pics. what are the slings with karabiners for in the first pic? i do enjoy a good take down.

 

They were for lowering, sectioning limb bc as i was only one third way up and the limbs where so long.Couldn't drop anything.

No didn't sell the wood it's still sitting in our yard somewhere. Started climbing just under two years ago now as and when there's time.
