Dear fellow stump grinding champs out there.

Any of you tried rhino teeth on a predator 38 or 28 ?

I'm thinking of ordering them.

Is it a real difference? What I'm hoping is I get more power when going deeper.

I notice the price is higher on them, and I assume they just fit on to same as the multi cut does when ordering from multi tip.

Thanks [emoji120]

The price has just come down, I think they are around £13.50 + VAT for the standard ones and around £16.50 for the bigger ones. I've just bought some from a well known supplier of chipper blades/stumpy teeth.

In my experience (with a 25HP predator) they are loads better - must be worth a try on your machine. Why not just buy 1 set and see how you go.

Hi Stefan, I ran them on my old Vermeer 252. Compared to the yellow jacket teeth, they were an improvement. The only thing I noticed was you had to be careful not to take too bigger bite otherwise the machine was getting pulled up the stump. In the end, I ran multitip teeth on that machine (mounted on a rhino wheel), the machine was much smoother. The rhino teeth are definitely more durable than the MT teeth and can be resharpened easily. Would be cheaper to use them on your machine rather then MT. and yes, they fit into the same MT tooth holder.

Thank you, I will order 18 of them to begin with and if I find a improvement get some more

Shane that's expensive [emoji44][emoji44]. I will try it due to I find the machine struggle deeper down
