Morning everyone, a bit of a strange one but a customer has asked me to make a book arch for a wedding using birch poles. They need to be fairly straight and between 2-3inches thick and 8ft long. Going to need 16 in total. I have searched the web and found one company just waiting for reply, does anyone have any suggestions?

Depends how much you are willing to pay .

Nurserys grow Jaquemonte birch , which would be ideal for you.

I'm closer Gatwick. Probably too far. I'm sure you'll find someone closer.

In the meantime I'll ferret a few out. You've inspired me!

;-)

Cheers

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
