Young persons risk assessment

We have a 17year old girl starting soon as an apprentice through a colleague work experience scheme and need to update some of our policies to take into account her age and wanted to know if anyone has a good young persons industry specific risk assessment they would be willing to share as I have to get it into the college tomorrow.

Hi John, sorry not the "quick-fix" you're looking for but some useful info / guidance here Risks to young people at work n if you have existing generic risk assessments you could add a line in there citing additional / close supervision which is a primary control, after selecting only suitable tasks of course.

Thanks Paul, that gives me a good starting point for a bit more documentation , just re written my primary h&s policy to include some sections on supervision and evaluation , just need a document stating what tasks she can and can't do to keep the collage happy now.
