How do I change the drive belts on a Jensen 530di?

One of the drive belts has snapped on my Jensen530 and I need to replace them both. How do I change the belts and adjust new belts to correct tension?

the engine is on a pivot, held down by a large nut & bolt , just look underneathe the machine ,undo it & jack the engine up put a picec of ply or simlar on the sump ,
