cant see posts

Can anyone explain why I cant see some posts, for example I posted a reply to one thread, now I can only see the first and last post although threre are ten replies listed? Probably me being thick somehow, all help gratefully received.

The thread was "What to plant for coppice", which i was viewing from the TODAYS POSTS Tab, I have managed to view that now by changing (haphazardly) to threaded view.

Having spotted your reply to my thread (replies 1) , and clicking on the thread title, it takes me to my original post but this appears to having no post as I scroll down.

Going back to todays posts I can see the replies in pages of ten.

To see your reply, I clicked on the little Go To Last Post.

Having posted my relpy, (ie the second reply in this thread) I cannot view it by clicking the little blue "Last Post" arrow in the Todays Posts list. In fact if I do and scroll down I see the start of the thread, but the sreen updates continually taking me back to the top.

I have a habit of fouling things up. Hit the jackpot this time!

can you try a different browser and let me know if it does the same still

I think the delete history may have been the answer, but I also found that in settings I had "refresh pages" set to NEVER which I have set to AUTOMATICALLY, anyway all is now working perfectly. Thanks Steve
