There are lots of tender websites but they are a waste of time . Hortweek is a good place to start if your looking .

 

I will say that i have been trying for a while to get a smaller contract but to no success.

 

I have found in the past that the Pre qualification questionnaires often take smaller contractors out the frame due to financial and logistical capacity .

 

If you can find a company to subcontract off of its the best way unless you have laods of money to throw at it .
