As far as I know they don't come with a manual (mine didn't). Instructions would be to put it on, adjust to suit and attach your climbing line. Keep away from solvents, petrol, oils etc. Inspect regularly and retire from use (the harness, not you) if damaged. What else do you need to know? :thumbup:

Mine didn,t come with a manual either...it,s the grey austria duo 2 with red leg loops....In addition to the side D,s it has D,s lower down which are rated and are great suspension points when stropped onto diagonal limbs....your legs take you weight rather than your waist or hips..Very nice harness....light as a feather:thumbup1:
