Established in 1987 Lowland Trees has built up a reputation as leading tree care specialists, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. We offer a comprehensive, customer-driven service, carried out by professionally qualified and experienced staff. Our clients range from domestic customers to land owners such as golf clubs, property management companies and educational institutions. We are looking for an experienced groundsman who is keen to become or who is already on their way to becoming a climber. This would be on a sub contract basis 3 days a week to begin with (Wed, Thu & Fri). Wages will reflect training and experience and can be discussed in more detail over the phone. We are based in Falkirk with our work taking place across central Scotland. Scottish Woodlands Utilities Division is an established contractor in the industry and our work comprises vegetation and fencing contracts and a wide variety of minor civils works. To expand our current team, we are looking to recruit up to 10 Forest Operatives or experienced Arborists to join our existing vegetation management teams in the Edinburgh/Borders and Central/Fife areas. Whilst experience is preferred, candidates who demonstrate the right qualities may be accepted and full training will be provided for a Forest Operative Role. All applicants will be required to undergo an employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening. Applicants should also hold a full driver’s licence.
