Residential property on a bridlepath (Sandgate Lane) just off the A63 in the Kippax / Micklefield area.


Access is hardcore, with unloading space behind the house.


Happy to accept hardwood and softwood cordwood/logs (any species). Larger rounds and mixed loads fine.


Someone usually home evenings/weekends — daytime drops OK with notice.


Friendly dog on site but secured if deliveries arranged.


Happy to help with unloading — and a brew and biccies available if you have the time ☕🍪
