  1. Hi all, I am moving down to Hayle in Cornwall around the beginning of January and looking for work as a trainee climber/groundie. I am planning on staying in Cornwall two years minimum. I have my own saw, ppe, climbing kit and transport and have had almost a year of experience in the industry, initially on a part time basis and for the last three months on a full-time basis with several smaller domestic companies. I've had a good amount of experience working as a groundie and have gotten a good taste for the industry but as it stands I am looking to learn to climb alongside working on the ground and would ideally like to progress to being a full time climber. I have all my basic NPTC tickets (chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting, tree felling, aerial rescue + access using rope and harness and aerial use of chainsaw with freefall techniques + first aid at work) and am happy to supply references for the companies I have worked with. If this is of any interest to you please don't hesitate to get in touch. Thanks for your time reading this, Finn McEwan 07594 680 536
  2. Hi, I'm based in Suffolk (near Woodbridge) and am looking for a bit of groundie work from mid September to mid October, can be part time or full time and am fairly flexible in terms of hours. Have had a bit of prior experience in the industry. Got my basic tickets and own saw/ppe/standard driving licence. Happy to drive a little bit say 40 mins or so out of Woodbridge. Mob number is 07594 680 536. Thanks for your time reading this, Finn
