The White info sticker is so torn and dirty is hard to say what one it is. The only clear bit says code486v. I can try and take a picture of the underneath for you if that would be of any help
  2. Hoping you can help. I have a hayter harrier 48 pro and the chain keeps falling off.  How do I drop the solid roller down to replace the chain.  Or could it be another problem

I would guess the chain is worn allowing it ti ride the teeth and fall off. You need to drop the roller out to get the chain cover off and replace the chain with new. Not easy to explain how, but quite straightforward to do.

  4. Hi Steve can you help please. I have a hayter harrier 48 pro and the chain keeps dropping off. Can you tell me how to drop/remove the rear solid roller so I can put a new chain on.  Or is there another reason why this would keep happening
