  1. I came down 15 feet off my orchard ladder (hate those effing things) and wrecked my shoulder. Got x-rays and wasn't surprised to be told that there are lots of old injuries in there including moderate osteoarthritis and calcification in the tendons but I felt fine before going off the ladder. Anyways, I am currently undergoing radial shockwave therapy to break down calcification in tendons and on the bones that should make it better than it was before. If you have any of that going on it is completely non-invasive and may tip the balance without an injection. There was pretty serious discussion about cortisone injection and/or surgery before I started improving with shockwave therapy. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
