  21. Oh and another thing , try to find the black plastic 6 pin Bulgin plug , an example is shown in the attached image , should be located in the loom in the area of the battery. Separate the two halves of the plug and check it's clean and dry ? Jase.
  22. Hello , Sounds like a stop switch issue to me ? If you locate the white square junction box up by the battery , remove the four screws and lift off the lid and look inside the box at the circuit board along the edge where the largest bunch of cables run. Locate the purple wire and the red/green where they are soldered into the board , there should be continuity between these two wires unless the stop switches are operated by pushing in the red stop bar. If there's no continuity it would suggest either one of the stop switches has failed or there's damage to the loom. Alternately you can remove the button boxes on the infeed flap , remove the small cover on each stop switch and check for continuity between the two wires , again there should be continuity unless the switch plunger is depressed . The same applies if your machine has red palm switches fitted on top of the infeed chute , there should be continuity unless the switch is pushed and clicked down. You can always give me a call tomorrow on 01789 400044 and option for Service. Or email me on [email protected] I can then send out a continuity test for the Bulgin plug which tests the operation of all the switches on the back end. Jase.
